Urania Berlin, Retrospective of the works of Michael Wolf
The exhibition „Life in Cities“ is the last in which Michael Wolf personally participated, the photographer died unexpectedly in April 2019. The exhibition enjoyed great success in Hamburg’s Deichtorhallen before being taken over by the Urania in Berlin. Wolf’s work reflects the living conditions in major cities and addresses issues such as overpopulation, mass consumption, privacy and voyeurism. The Urania Berlin is breaking new ground with the exhibtion and plans to use the conference rooms within the Urania complex as event space in the future.
