Just as they do in film noir movies, strong contrasts of light and dark dominate Chezweitz’s exhibition design at the German Film Museum. We implemented their design by using black light, special cords and phosphorus wall graphics. Alongside the film excerpts shown on both sides of suspended canvases, the visual highlight was the original furniture from the 1940s, which we refurbished and upholstered with a standard nylon finish.
