To this day any mention of the Bauhaus suggests good design, which is why it was a special honour for us to install a permanent exhibition at the original home of the Bauhaus in Dessau. Inspired by the clear formal language and obligatory functionality which are characteristics of the Bauhaus, we worked with the interplay of back-painted glass (partly as picture-mount painting) and back-lit satin-finished glass. The contrast to the otherwise black room is strong and wows many thousands of visitors a year.
