Installation at the Kunstraum Alexander Bürkle
Two strings play the leading role in the Freiburg exhibition ‘Freude auf Morgen / Looking forward to tomorrow’. The particular challenge of the project was the precise installation of these 1 kilometre long leading actors, since this was the only way to achieve the required 3-D effect. The visitor’s eye is beguiled by a simple visual trick into perceiving spatial depth where in reality there is none. Never before has the Alexander Bürkle family’s exhibition space appeared so boundless…
