We were instructed by the online retailer Zalando to modify and rebuild existing elements of the foyer area of their headquarters in Berlin’s Mollstraße.

Oiled oak meets raw industrial charm. On existing platforms we built frameworks from which we suspended Acapulco armchairs. These ended up being the visual highlight of the foyer. The existing counter was also altered to suit the new style.

Alongside the recycled elements the analogue information wall is a cool and slightly ironic focal point, particularly for a company whose success has come through the transformation of the market via digitalization.
